You can view and pay your bills on-line with Hanover by registering at www.myhanoverpolicy.com. Choose the billing options section at the top of page.

You can access automated billing information by calling 800-922-8427. If you would like to make a payment over the phone through your checking account, call 800-573-1187 (a $1.95 fee is charged).  If you have any other questions on your bill please contact MF&T Insurance Agency at 800-666-0200 or email us at customerservice@mftinsurance.com.

Hanover offers "Electronic Fund's Transfer" (EFT) for both home and auto policies. To set up your payments on EFT please complete the EFT authorization form and forward along with a voided check to MF&T Insurance.  You will receive a confirmation from the company once you policy has been setup on EFT, so continue to pay your bills until you receive this confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation in the next three weeks please contact MF&T to ensure your information was received.
