If you would like to make a payment over the phone through your checking account call 800-222-4184 and hold on the line until a customer service representative answers. Premier offers "Electronic Fund's Transfer" . To set up your payment s on "EFT" please complete the form below & forward along with a voided check to MF&T Insurance. You will receive a confirmation from the company once you policy has been setup on "EFT", continue to pay your bills until you receive this confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation in the next 3 weeks please contact MF&T to ensure your information was received. (Please note that if you have a single vehicle policy your driving step must be SDIP14 or lower, all multi-vehicle policies are eligible)
